Really quick post.

My Workout Yesterday
My workout yesterday consisted of a few basic things...

20 minutes of abs
15 minutes arms
15 minutes legs
Kinect: Your Shape Evolved and Dance Central (combination of) for 3 hours.

Let's just say I'm sore!
